Does Indiegogo take money straight away?
Funding Type If you do not reach the minimum set goal, then you walk away with nothing. Since Kickstarter is all or nothing, backers will only be charged at the end of the campaign, if the goal was fulfilled. For Indiegogo, a backer’s card will be charged right away.
How do you cash out on Indiegogo?
Your initial disbursement is sent within 15 business days after your campaign ends, provided your bank account information is complete and accurate. If you raise more than 1000 in your currency, Indiegogo will automatically hold 5% of your funds for refunds and chargebacks. Read more about Reserved Funds here.
